Histroy of Koki

In 1957, as Japan began its recovery and moved toward development after the post-war period, the soldering method used for printed circuit boards in electrical products at that time was entirely manual, with workers using soldering irons to solder multiple connection points by hand.
During this period, a groundbreaking automatic soldering machine that could join multiple points simultaneously (the spray-flow dip soldering method) was developed in the UK. This led us to introduce the world’s first automatic soldering machine and flux as electronic materials to Japan, and we began supplying them to various electronic industries, including major Japanese electronics manufacturers.

Through the accumulation of soldering expertise and the acquisition of manufacturing technologies for soldering equipment and electronic materials, we successfully began production in Japan and leading to the establishment of our predecessor, KOKI Sho-kai Ltd., in 1964.
In 1968, we reorganized into KOKI Co., Ltd., and for more than 60 years, we have worked as pioneers in the electronics industry, believing that mastering, developing, and advancing soldering technologies would contribute to the prosperity of both our company and the industry as a whole.
With more active international expansion, we have become a global manufacturer with factories and sales offices in over 60 countries and regions worldwide, delivering KOKI products across the globe and providing services and support tailored to our customers' requirments.
